  • The mechanical-hydraulic tube expansion machine consists of an electronic roll-in roller, drive machine and hydraulic power unit as well as components such as tool carriers, telescopic shaft or deflection gears. The combination of a separately controlled, powerful three-phase currentdrive machine and a hydraulic feed unit makes it possible to optimally influence the rolling process. Using axis-parallel tube expander of the 20 series, the tube is rounded out 100% by rolling in the opposite direction once the required expansion has been achieved. The mechanical-hydraulic tube rounding process ensures the required quality, especially for high-quality, thin-walled materials such as titanium.
